Is my ram bad or incompatible with motherboard?

So i have some trident rgb ram i just bought (F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR) and i was just wondering if its compatible with the motherboard board which it a maximus IX Code.

my problem is that my pc shuts off randomly without any notice. I know its not my psu since i was not having this problem 3 days ago before i installed my new ram and motherboard.

i was also told that it could be my cpu as well but idk.

system specs:

Maximus IX Code

I7 6700k

TridenZ RGB ddr4 3200  (F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR)

Random shutdowns without blue screen is almost always issue with the power supply.

well the PSU didn't change, so it's probably not that. however the motherboard did, so OP might have a faulty mobo.

the RAM is perfectly compatible. no worries.
