USB C and Thunderbolt doc

So I've bought the Xps 13. I wanted to connect an external monitor but there aren't any HDMI or Display ports. So I was wondering if I could buy a USB C dongle or hub for all those needs. I was wondering if I can use USB C hubs and dongles in a thunderbolt 3 port (cause they use the same port). so TLDR : Can I use USB C Hubs in a Thunderbolt 3 port?

Yes, and most of the time you won't need any special drivers.  it identifies them immediately.
