No way to get waterblock?

So I was looking into doing a full liquid loop in my system, and EKWB has the (only good looking imo) full block.  It says it's end of life, but are there any other sites I may not have seen that could have it?

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc-r9-nano-acetal-nickel

The only other block that looks like is available and works would be this one:

http://www.xs-pc.com/waterblocks-gpu/razor-r9-fury-nano

There are 2 more but those are nickel plated and both the rad and the cpu block are copper.  If there is no way to get the EKWB one, are they the same thickness (The tube connector looks thicker on the XSPC one)?  There seems to be no information on dimensions anywhere on the EKWB site.

Your most likely going to have to get one used unless there is a place with new old stock on hand.

besides aesthetics, it does not matter if you mix copper and nickel.  They are compatible enough it won't cause corrosion issues like aluminum
