Is there a motherboard that isn't super expensive that supports an amd cpu and has SLI

The cheapest one is probably the asus prime x370.

Well the cheapest costs $160, so I definitely wouldn't call them affordable.

Not sure exactly though you will have less issues since not all games will handle SLI well. Also the price is about the same if not more expensive for 2 1070s. I would get the 1080ti.
