Ryzen 5 pre order?

So i live in the U.K. and i've been looking into getting the 1600X to replace my current 8350, i haven't see it or any ryzen 5 CPU available anywhere to pre order unlike the ryzen 7 which was available a good 3-4 weeks before the launch. i was wondering if anyone else has seen theses cpus available anywhere?
