But then I installed drivers, restarted the pc and bam, everything was cropped.

I have tried reinstalling drivers, tried older drivers, tinkered with resolution.

At a moment everything was ok i thought but then I installed new drivers i got broken. Hehh, well i reset the pc reinstalled windows and installed drivers but its cropped.

ahh i would say the NVIDIA drivers messed you up here, they didnt properly scale it. basically your timings for the monitor is messed up in your drivers, could be something like its suposed to be 59Hz but its running 60Hz and thats messing something up. you could fix tihs with settings on the monitor itself if there are those or by trying other timings if you are using NVIDIA drivers, look up how to overclock your monitor but dont do the overclocking part, just change the timings. CVT and CVT reduced blank have given me good results when stuff is messed up

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I have seen this issue when casting sharing laptop screen to a tv.  Is it possible that it considers the tv a projector? If so, search projector in windows search bar, select extend screen or something similar. Good luck!
