What do you think is the cheapest I could possibly build a working computer for on black friday

Depends on what you're using that computer for.

Unless you want the experience of building a computer, just get a pre-built. (can't believe I just said that)

if you're just wanting a pc just to browse the internet you can get a pc now for about $75 (USED) A windows XP laptop most likely though. My sister about a month ago got a laptop on eBay for $50 with windows XP.

I've had over 1000 tabs on chrome on my laptop with 4Gb ram and it wasn't laggy at all.
