Best Budget used graphics card?

What " In your opinion" Do you feel the best budget gpu used or 2017 would be? 

Personally my GTX 660TI is doing me wonders at the moment!

the RX 470 or 480

A used GTX 1080 Ti, seems like a nice budget GPU for Linus and his coworker

I second this, the best performance per dollar card out there.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Honestly the best price to performance ratio I have seen is r9 290's on Ebay. In CAD they are like 200 dollars-ish in usd that would be...140-150? 

Pretty solid performance for how much you are paying.

get used high end from 1-2 gens ago. like a 980 ti.
