I am looking into 1080ti's, I know they are not out yet. But what are some good GPUs, that do not sag?

Small & light GPUs.

Basically nothing with good performance and good cooling.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

YOu have a portion of the GPU hanging about 8" away from the back of the tower and 4" from the motherboard, the only thing you can do is bring that point closer to the "anchors".

You could tilt your case such that the motherboard is laying flat. Or the rear is facing up.

Higher end GPU's "sag" because they're large, heavy, and are hanging off with two anchors that aren't exactly in a proper load-bearing position.

^^ this...they all sag because the PCIe slot ain't sturdy enough...the cards have no flex...the flex come from the motherboard/pcie slot...

LEGO or Pencil Design works best for sagging GPU's LOL.

Oh basically anything which can hold up the end of the GPU and not move. Oh you can tie abit of wire to the end of the GPU and attach it to the top of your case however this looks ugly as hell.

LEGO looks best lol my my 10 year old son has plenty. Superman here we come and save the day lol.

Depends I guess, I had a MSI R9 290 that sagged, but the 980ti I'm currently using does not.

That said, one (potentially costly) solution is to get a case that allows vertical GPU mounting :P

Or get a cube case that has the motherboard laying flat and then the GPU stands up proudly, showing off that RGB fan goodness (if it comes with it).

It doesn't seem to me that the problem is the PCIe slots being sturdy enough. The ROG board im using has the reinforced slots. The inside of portion of the card (where it's slotted) don't sag. It just seems to be simply the weight of the cards and the lack of support they receive on the outside portion. This was driving me insane!! I didn't really like the anti-sag brackets that you can buy. They were too intrusive imo. I wanted support but I wanted it to be a bit more stealthy. My solution is pretty dependent on the case itself (something similar should work on any case with a basement) but hopefully this will give you some ideas.

Poking around the hose I found these large rubber washer type things. I pulled them off of these plastics inserts that were used to stabilize the drums on a new washer and dryer that we had delivered a few years ago lol. I cut them down to size and they ended up working perfectly, at least for what i wanted.

This last pic kinda shows how stealthy they are

Cube cases are the best.
