Which one of the above mentioned motherboards do you prefer? 

Only a difference of 5$ between them. Anything special in one of them which other doesn't have?

If money is no issue I'd get the Aorus

The Aorus has more 3.1 ports, including 3.1 gen 2 type c

 

The Asus has the AURA header so if you're going for any RGB, this is better

 

Otherwise theyre fairly similar
