try getting faster ram if you can because it will help with performance later on when you upgrade your gpu and go into higher frame-rates.

ideally you would want the 3000mhz ram but the 2633 will also be better than 2400.

yeah no problem. you will probably be limited to 2633 right away anyways so its a solid pick.

i would suggest doing a mild overclock to 3.7 on all cores as you can do that on relatively low voltage and the stock cooler.

nope you can overclock the 1700. i have mine at 3.7 on all cores right now at 1.1875v and its running nice and cool

All Ryzen cpu's are unlocked.

yeah you should be able to get it at about the 1.2v area

tbh the nomenclature for ryzen is a bit weird because the x seems to stand for a larger xfr range which is basically a weird version of turboboost.
