Yeti is great but table mics can be a pain if you have a mechanical keyboard, hence the obvious appeal of a headset. ModMic seems like a decent solution but I found that the extra cable can become a pain in my experience (although apparently they have clips to manage it better in the newer versions). Push to talk + table mic has been fine with my MX browns. I heard the HyperX Cloud IIs are a decent headset.

edit: I just coincidentally found a really good deal on the Cloud IIs

I'm using the clouds now and damn impressed with them. Really comfy and decent mic, my Razer Greens are loud as rambo in a helicopter and no problem.
