My Build - Critique please?

Hi all, I wanted to get some opinions and thoughts on my build, based off of the following goals:

Short Term (Now)
1080p/60fps Minimum at High or very high settings from most games (minus a few super demanding games)
1440p/40-60fps at decent or higher settings *if* I can get it.  If not, I can settle for 1080p/60fps for now.

Long Term
Potential Overclocking
Potential AIO Liquid cooling on CPU
General Upgradability
4K Upgradability 
Would like to keep for about 3-5 years with minor upgrades here and there

Notes on decisions:  I have opted for the RX480 (Asus because of the White theme) over the GTX 1060 just due to current value for performance.  When I decide to move to 4K, I know I need to change video cards.  I have chosen the Asus Z270 Prime over the Strix for cheaper price and color scheme.  I like the white.  Though if convinced I need it, I will switch back to the Strix.  Case cooling - it has a front fan and a rear fan, and I was thinking of adding two top fans since the front might have a radiator on it in the future.  But I have *no* idea whats optimal for cooling here.

Please feel free to let me know where I've gone wrong, where I am overspending, underspending, etc.  Thanks in advance!  OH AND PLEASE NO FANBOY RESPONSES!  Please explain why you think what you think and not just "Go Ryzen!"

Maybe, check out ryzen 5? Considering you want good value and not just good performance. AIO is not really needed and for pure gaming an OC intel sku is not necessarily the best idea

The case fans are unnecessary.

Spend that money either on a better PSU or a mechanical HDD for games.

get a i7 or wait for ryzen, look at r9 fury.

I tend to only play a few games at a time.  So massive storage space isnt an issue with me.  Still debating whether or not to use an HDD or not

Good build, just drop the extra fans, they aren't really needed, or get white LED Corsair SP120s

If you don't need the extra storage space you could get a better PSU, 70USD will get you a tier 2 with higher wattage (instead of a tier 3).

Thanks for the advice.  May I ask if I am considering longevity of my components, would liquid cooling be beneficial - in other words, keeping them 15 degrees or whatever cooler at all times prolong their life?  Or is it just that really hot temperatures shorten their lifespan?

I don't think that will make too big of a difference. In either scenario, the CPU should be able to outlive its usable lifespan as a gaming CPU (~5yr).

Its mostly really hot temps that shorten lifespans.
