I am sorry for my "english"

I have problem with my pc....my pc was : Motherboard MSI 970Gaming, CPU AMD FX8350, Memory 4X4GB G.Skill and a  Graphiq Card EVGA GTX 970. i just upgrade my pc :  CPU I7 6700, Motherboard EVGA Z170 FTW,  Memory 2X4GB HyperX Fury and the same EVGA GTX 970 Graphic Card.. the problem his after the upgrade i have difficulty to play overwatch (low FPS and NEED to lower the graphic becose the game is impossible to play) . Do I need 2 more 4GB Memory or that will change nothing.

What is the problem exactly?

EDIT: Oh, I must've caught you before you edited... let me stew on this.

EDIT 2: Did you uninstall the graphics drivers and install the correct ones for the video card?

EDIT 3: Or any of the other drivers?

Uninstall as many drivers as possible for CPU, mobo, if that doesn't work, reinstall Windows

Like other people are saying, re-install as many drivers as possible and make sure your using the correct ones for your card. You may also want install a fresh copy of Windows (maybe on an external drive?) and boot to that to ensure that it is not a hardware problem.

Additionally, were you messing with an overclock tool that may have come with the card? Because you may have dropped your voltage or under clocked your card without even realizing it. Also check your temperatures (maybe the cards cooler isn't doing its job).

Side Note: NO! You do not need more RAM. If worse comes worse, exchange your GPU and see if the problem persists.
