Rocket league bluetooth duoq

Hello. 

I used to play rocket league on duo queue with my brother from two seperate computers. 

Now alot of stuff happened inside the house and we cannot find a desk spot for the computer he used to play from , which this computer's only purpose was rocket league , nothing else really. 

So i wanna connect this pc to my new TV in my new room and get two ps3 controllers connected via bluetooth to duo with him from the same pc , on the same monitor - the TV. 

Can anyone help me "construct" all that? i have no idea how to connect two controllers with bluetooth if its even possible , i got xbox360 controllers too if its easier , i just think the ps3s are better for RL.
