460x VS View 31

I've got the itch to upgrade my case as I feel the dated phantom 410 I have now doesn't fit in with my current setup and the plexi window is pretty marred up. I always seem to be waiting for the perfect case and I thought the 460x was it but after a few reviews there are a few things I felt got overlooked then came along the view 31 which I though fit the bill but again after a few reviews I caught a couple things I don't like. Both cases will be the Non-RGB versions as I already have a ton of Riing fans that are going to fill the case up.

460x dislikes

- dimensions. Really it seems like it needed to be an inch wider and taller. I heard its pretty tight on the backside for wire management and even tighter to fit a rad in the top without low profile ram(which is defiantly not what I'm using).

- Not a huge fan of how the glass mounts.

-No Expandability - this kind of ties into the dimensions but there really isn't much room in the case for watercooling equipment. Top rad is questionable without low profile ram. Front blocks view of the rad and wont fit a push/pull config.

- No Psu Shroud. Although on the YouTube release video a thermaltake rep said that a shroud from another case will fit perfect but I cant seem to find just the shroud for sale by itself anywhere.

- Front panel is Plexi- this is the biggest hangup for me as part of the reason of upgrading cases is to get rid of my marred plexi case now.

- Needs 6 fans for the front of the case. "needs" is a strong word here but for aesthetic reasons it needs the 6 fans or at least 3 and a triple rad to look "right"

I really like that the view 31 gives you the bracket to mount the GPU vertical but dislike that it does not come with the required PCI riser cable. Riser cables aren't anything I've really had to shop for before. Anyone have any suggestions on a quality cable? The reviews for the thermaltake riser cable is very bad with reports from intermittent connection to shorting out the motherboard. They have now came out with a premium Riser cable that seems to get good reviews but the price of just the cable almost matches the cost of the entire case...

Also considered the enthoo TG case but am kinda set on being able to see the fans from the front.
