You have this thing called a motherboard manual, inside of it has pictures, some of those pictures are for fan headers.

Also why would you attempt to build a computer if you don't know that the cables and connectors are for?

I think your power supply is vomiting cables all over your case.

The cables on the left are Molex. They suck ass and should never be used. Unless you have a peripheral that explicitly requires one, or you're goofy enough as to use Molex to PCIe adapters, or dumb enough to use Molex to SATA.

Speaking of SATA, the cable on the right is SATA power connectors. Those are typically used for hard drives, SSDs, optical drives, etc.

Fan headers are usually four pins labeled "CPU_FAN", "SYS_FAN" or "CHA_FAN". Your board could have anywhere from a single CPU_FAN header all the way up to 6+ chassis or system fans plus a CPU header. Your motherboard manual is the place to look for info on how many fans you can connect and where the headers are.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

why not buy a modular power supply?

would be so much easier for cable management

Modular power supplies are only good if you understand what you're doing. I made a partlist with an EVGA g2 for my friend and about 2 hours after all the parts arrived he called me because he didn't understand which way the PSU cables went.

Semi-modular/Nonmodular are way easier to deal with as a new builder provided you have enough space for cables.

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

If only you knew how many times I'd saved a friend from near disaster as they plugged the PSU side of the CPU or 24-pin directly into the board, or plugged a PCIe connector into the CPU power, or managed to plug the floppy power adapter into a fan header...yeah.
