I'm frankly disappointed with Corsair's products and support (solved)

Go to solution Solved by Automobili3XF,

Just came by to update you guys on the situation.

Just a few minutes ago the mailman dropped a package with Corsair's name on it, which contained a Scimitar RGB mouse.

It took a while for them to respond and send a replacement product, but i'm happy it all worked out well and in the end i actually got an upgrade on what i had before.

After i contacted @nicklmg , i sent the mouse for evaluation, they detected the fault and said they didn't have a direct replacement for it (M65) so they would send a model higher up the range instead.

And just conclude everything, i'm really happy with this replacement, its been a while since i was thinking about buying an MMO centric mouse, but now i got it.

Thanks for all the help and camaraderie, i'll be around!

I'll take a picture of the replacement as soon as i get home.

Wow, today was wild! Just got home half an hour ago.

Here's the mouse, i couldn't play with it much because my computer is in pieces (and my graphics card hasn't arrived yet), but i connected it to my PS3 just to see if it would shine bright, and it does!

From my own experience, the Cloud Cores are a tad better than the Cloud IIs.

They're good headsets, basically a Takstar hi2050 with a "mike".

Alright. I currently have some Logitech G930s and they work beautifully, and i'd heard such good things about the Cloud IIs I considered switching. I guess I won't be.

I wonder if it might be prudent to choose one of the update posts describing how things were resolved and "mark as solved", and perhaps also rename the thread to reflect your new feelings @Chevy_Monsenhor

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

I have the cloud cores and love them! Use them daily. Very comfortable for long periods of time. Sound quality isn't the best obviously but still a mile better than any turtle beaches.

Hmm ok. And yeah, Turtle Beaches are pretty overhyped haha :P. But I remember when I first switched from my Turtle Beaches to my G930s, it was amazing. The sound quality is crystal clear, it has great sound stage depth, surround sound, and the mic was damn good. It didn't pick up any background noise (amazing considering how loud my current PC is), and the mic quality was definitely up there. I mean damn, the mic was so good I lent the headphones to a friend for a while and he's using them for video production.
