My first Desktop pc

Hello! 
So i just wanted to share the specs for my first desktop pc ever. 
In all the years that i've had computers it's been laptops

 

I do not have any of the parts yet! I am waiting for them, they are ordered!

My rig  case- Graphite 600t white CPU-i5 3570k OC 4.0Ghz RAM- 8gb Vengeance memory HDD-WD Black 1tb PSU-tx650 GPU- MSI 770 gameing edition 2gb , gtx 650 1gb Motherboard- asrock extreme 3 z77 Fan controller- NZXT sentry lx CPU cooler- H60 Peripherals- g300 mouse G630 headset k70 silver cherry mx red switches  my free nas nas Case- Dell something.. Ram- 8 gb ecc ddr 2 CPU - Pentium D 3.0ghz HDD currently 160 gb adding 3tb wd red “Sucking at something is the first step to being sorta good at something” –Jake the Dog

Get a 3670K and a 780 instead

Is this for gaming ?

If so you should have spent less on CPU (4670k) and gotten a better GPU (780)

Get a 3670K and a 780 instead

 

 

Get an big/good air cooler, they are more price/performance

He ordered the parts already

Other than the case (i hate In Win with a passion) its a pretty good rig. Remember to post pics when you are done :)

I know that the GPU isn't the best in the world. But i think that i have an okay baseline because i will keep working on it and i already have new plans for it. 
But it's a start, so we'll se what happens (:

Useless for gaming? You probably aren't serious but still... Maybe not the balance but useless is a strong word. Or you were just kidding I just foammouthed for no reason.

Oh and forgot to say, pretty nice build and the color theme is nice, not the typical red & black

Because since this is my FIRST EVER build i'm just gonna take it easy and just,, well try. 

So a bit off feedback would be much appreciated. 

I can always change some of the componets, you guys just need to tell to what and why so that i get the maximum out of my system (:

I meant that you could have similars performance with an i5-4670k or a 2Gb GTX770 if you play just on a FHD monitor.

Sorry again, i'm still learning the lenguage x)

well it's no biggie if you correct yourself :) as saib previously maybe not the best balance, but it doesn't always have to be, and the 770 Is still a strong card, almost the same ad last generations top NVIDIA single gpu. So you'll have to ask yourself wouldn't you be happy with it
