So i have a 1TB HDD but it says i only have 459GB to use in total, idk if i should flash the drive, i already have copied the files to another External HDD

pls help

Open Disk Management and have a look at your partitions to see if there is any unallocated space that's just sitting there.

on Disk 0 unallocated it says 931.51GB

One way without downloading software is to use windows built in snipping tool and then saving that screenshot to your desktop and uploading it to the forum.

open the window, press Print Screen on your keyboard (find the one that kind of says it, different keyboards, different ways of shortening it), paste on Paint and crop out the window. Save as an image and post it here.

Those 459GB drives you're seeing are your F and G partitions (named "Packard Bell" and "DATA", respectively). To create a partition on Disk 0, right click on the "unallocated" space, new simple partition, and go through that wizard.

 

If you want to merge your F and G partitions, you need to delete G (you can only expand a partition to the right, for whatever god forsaken reason), right click on F, click extend, just keep clicking next, and you should have a full 931GB drive.
