Hey guys. As someone who can't get enough computers (I have about 30 completed builds in my basement... yeah.) I have set out yet again to build another PC.

I need some ideas, but I'll give some parameters:

Max budget - $3000

Intel and Nvidia only

Thanks everyone!

Usage? Monitors? Peripherals?

Ah, sorry. I will be doing pretty heavy gaming on this, even though it isn't my main. I mean maximum graphics on intensive games.

I have this monitor: http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-38UC99-W-ultrawide-monitor

I'm not sure why peripherals matters?

That's ridiculously close to a build I actually have, got anything else?

I'd rather not have a full list all at once, but instead a build taken one step at a time. I'm thinking of doing a custom loop.

Are you up for a challenge? Perhaps mini-ITX?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

That is the challenge. I'm looking for a case that would fit the bill. Even if I find a good one, it's going to be tight.

Enthoo Evolv ITX is a spacious ITX case, should work for a custom loop with a single 1080Ti although for that monitor I'd get 2

There is also NZXT Manta

Good point. Any significant feature differences or just aesthetic preference?

Nano S is good, but I'd wait for a Nano C

I just wanted some input: If I go for the custom loop, should the gpu also be cooled that way?

That really is a personal choice, and would depend on if you are going to overclock your graphics cards as well as your CPU.  If yes, then I would - if not, then a loop for the CPU should be just fine.  @JayzTwoCents is the master of custom watercooling loops, and often has SLI setups in them.  He also did one around a Define Nano S that looks really sweet too.

The first thing I want established is the case

All depends on what you want, if small form factor looks fun/challenging to you, the NZXT Manta that others were suggesting allows for a bit more room due to the pillowed shape.

I'm looking to build a full size case, you know, atx. I have always loved Corsair, so should I go with them?

If you want a full size case and have your eyes set on Corsair, then go for it. Remember, at the end of the day this is your computer, not ours.
