Memory @14xxMHz when Asus XMP profile is supposed to be 3200MHz

This issue has always been over my head as I think the thing I understand the least would be RAM in a computer. I recently upgraded to 7700k Kaby Lake from a 3570k Ivy Bridge. I always had the same issue with my ddr3 in my z77 build I believe it would always be around 1333mhz, and I just never bothered fixing it for years. Now with my ddr4, I got 16gbs of gskill trident z rgb 3200mhz and the cpu z reading on the memory tab is
