Thermalrake core v71. inverted?

i am considering getting a thermaltake core v71 case due to the airflow capabilities it has. no my question is a 2 parter. 1st question. will inverting the motherboard allow for better air cooling of the GPU? 2nd question. can i move the motherboard tray in the core v71 to allow for the inverted setup?

1. Depends on the gpu cooler

2. No. The standoffs and expansion slots are already designed one way
