Thermalrake core v71. inverted?

i am considering getting a thermaltake core v71 case due to the airflow capabilities it has. no my question is a 2 parter. 1st question. will inverting the motherboard allow for better air cooling of the GPU? 2nd question. can i move the motherboard tray in the core v71 to allow for the inverted setup?
