No. A gpu is still ideal for cs go. An igpu would struggle a lot, especially for a celeron

No, without a gpu you are going to be lagging. Also csgo likes good single threaded performance.

I have an i3 5005 with igpu (it's a laptop but should be somewhat relevant)

On low settings at 1366x768 it can barely reach 50fps

For Overwatch or TF2, yes. CSGO? Hell to the naw. Most players don't like CSGO very much even at 60, they prefer at least 100
