No, without a gpu you are going to be lagging. Also csgo likes good single threaded performance.

It's not true

I have an i3 5005 with igpu (it's a laptop but should be somewhat relevant)

On low settings at 1366x768 it can barely reach 50fps

30-45 fps is still Playable

For Overwatch or TF2, yes. CSGO? Hell to the naw. Most players don't like CSGO very much even at 60, they prefer at least 100
