Video audio not syncing right

Started work on another video in Sony Vegas pro and I found that in two of my clips the audio was not synced. So, I went and watched the clips in my files explorer and all the audio was synced up then. I restarted the program and the problem is still happening. Did I hit something or is it that I just need to re-import my clips?

Have you also tried to resync the audio in Vegas?  Try shifting the audio or video tracks manually to match up.

Tried that, couldn't get it right and some parts are synced others are not. Nothing happened in the clip that I wanted to use anyway

Is the video file variable FPS? Because if it is, and the editing software doesn't support it, the audio will not be correctly synced.
