Is this bundle worth it?

My friend has an old i7 920 (I think) and he thinks it's time for an upgrade, he found a deal which he thinks is a pretty good value but he still asked me for advice, I agree too but I want some more opinions. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

All parts have been confirmed to be used.

i7 4770k

Asus Formula VI Motherboard

16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum (4x4gb) Ram

Phanteks PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler

All for $550 Australia Dollars ($417 USD according to Google)

What do you guys think? Are these parts worth the money. They are all confirmed working by the seller (will also confirm physically ourselves if we do decide to take this offer).

I'm no Special Agent myself, but my Dad was!

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Something about PCCG?
