Razer Synapse not working

I booted up my PC today to find out that I had been signed out of Razer Synapse. I tried to login but i am met with red text which says "STSTEM ERROR: [3808]". Does anyone know how to fix this error? I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, and checked the time (because apparently that can cause the issue).

This is really annoying because I cant see my sensitivity or use macros without this software.

i think it might be their servers cause i get a 500 server error when i try to change password

Changed from Razer mice partly because of their buggy software. No matter what I do to set a default sensitivity on my Taipan, it starts of on high. Been so on several computers now. Think it's a pretty janky piece of software tbh.
