Anime Japan vs real Japan

Why not to burst bubble for most people who wanna go to Japan only because they are anime fans or freaks.

I know most part is no magic (including super powers), humanoids (well they are working on it afaik) or bigass robots.

Many people asked why they would wanna live in Japan said because they like anime and truth is people over there dont like that part and use "Japan is not Anime".

 

Soo your thoughts on difference between what you see on TV (anime) or read (manga) vs you saw (in person or on TV) and know about Japan. You can add also why you would like to live or just visit country of Sakura trees.

Japan is a beautiful country with an extremely interesting history. 

 

As for the moral values of people there, I don't agree with. In fact in a lot of Asian countries women are raped in public places and no one does anything about. 

 

inb4 weaboos tell me how perfect Japan is. 

Obviously not everyone there is like that.

Almost done watching Death Note (it's been 1 day and I'm on ep 24 :P ) and I don't know if Shinigami are real or not

I dont like part that women there are still treated as a object still. Back few months when i was talking with a Japanese girl about it i went only by "WTF!".

About rape part it unfortunetly true. Try to mention machine with dirty girls pants next to Coca Cola one. Other interesting thing is riding the train - both first and last train carts are only for women.

It's too bad, it's a big reason I don't watch Anime anymore, I am just grossed out now. I mean even in Game Of Thrones... I get so sick of women being purely sex appeal.

When women get raped or sexually harassed noone will do nothing, but when woman will talk and they will know who did people will make a living hell for that person (that raped of course).

Haha, my friend is finally watching that. It's semi-epic. The epic part is due to potatoes.
