wireless adapter not working HELP PLEASE!

Hydraxiler32

I just received the ASUS PCE AC-56 that I ordered,

I take out my old one, plug it in, boot my computer on,

When i reach the desktop screen it shows up and it installs the drivers, I then try to connect to the wifi networks that I have at my house but it doesn't connect,

it just says "Cannot connect to this network", I tried both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

So I restart my computer and then it crashes, mouse and keyboard lights turn off, monitor stays on but nothing moves, I tried this a few different times.

I took it out, everything is fine,

I put in my old card everything is fine,

I put in the AC-56 and then it happens again.

I also tried it on my other computer, running Windows 7, same thing happened,

It booted up, installed drivers, refused to connect to any networks.

Then I restarted and then it crashes, the monitor freezes.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

uninstall the previous driver from your old card. get the driver from the asus website and download it through that way.
