Well then "shrugs off comment"

No seriously, you're wasting time.

There's going to be plenty of issues with windows 10 because you upgraded, and the only way to fix all those issues is to do a clean install which you should have done in the first place.

If you want your computer to actually work properly, then do a clean install.

I got this on all of my computers^

I had to defrag them about 500x times to get them working properly because the upgrade process was a cunt.

I upgraded my main rig (lazy college student without much free time) and didn't have any problems :/. That was like a year ago and it's still running fine.

Though I will admit, when I upgraded my laptop from 2010 the screen brightness no longer worked unless I uninstalled the AMD graphics driver and relied purely on the generic Microsoft one.

I think it's more accurate to say that there can be issues, not that there will be.

I recommend you go into event viewer to take a look at all the errors happening in the background.

You might be surprised, just because it "seems" like something is running fine doesn't mean it is.

You must have run into some windows updates not installing sometime? That happens to almost everyone who has upgraded...

Both my upgraded desktop and laptop with a clean install of Windows 10 both show errors with similar sources (DistributedCOM is the most common one in the System view), but I will admit that the laptop overall shows a smaller volume of errors, so I guess you win there.

And I haven't had an update fail yet, so I guess I'm lucky. They install when I tell them to.
