Not sure if there are any cases with front USB 3.1. Since you didn't specify your budget I'm going to assume money isn't an issue for you. I will look for the front USB 3.1 though.

Fractal Design Define R5 is very quiet, modular design, very easy to access front and bottom dust filters, and incredible cooling options/radiator support.

Get the master case 5 and add sound dampening foam. It's a ver modular case so you can customize it a lot.

In Win cases have USB 3.1 on the front! However they're not built to be quiet like the Fractal Design Define S

That isn't true 3.1. That is actually USB 3.0 because there is no front panel 3.1 header on most motherboards. Either the product info on newegg is incorrect (happens a lot. Not really inwin's fault if whoever made the page accidentally put 3.1 instead of 3.0) or they are referring the USB type C port to USB 3.1 gen 1. I might be wrong about some of this so correct me if I am wrong about any of this.

They have a cheaper version called the masterbox 5. This is the version with an extra hard drive bay just in case you need it. If you don't get the regular one. I actually really with I had gone with this one for my PC build instead of the J180 because this is much more customizable. I'm not trying to fanboy out over cooler master though because other manufacturers make great cases aswell. Another option is this: http://in.pcpartpicker.com/product/7H2rxr/phanteks-case-phec416pscbk. You can add sound dampening foam to that as well

would 3.0 ports work as 3.1 if i connect them to a 3.1 header on the motherboard ? cause my motherboard has 3.1 support

0not a fan of the masterbox yea its modable but like i dont really need that  what i do need is dust filters also the phanteks one is cheaper so ...  would it be a better option for silence ? the cooler master over the phantex ? what i think i basically need is something cheaper and as quiet as r5
(cheaper cause the indian market sucks for good budget builds )

There isn't a 3.1 header. I think that the page has false advertising which is actually illegal in most countries.

It would be fine but I don't know if sound dampening foam is included. I will take a look.

It does according to phantek's website http://www.phanteks.com/Eclipse-p400s.html

This is actually a really nice case too. Sound dampening foam always works the same. there are exceptions like thickness of the foam but usually in pc cases, it will tend to be similar to preserve airflow. I don't know how quiet it is though. I would expect it to be like the R5 in terms of acoustics but you can't really tell.

There is no motherboard with 3.1 headers yet. There won't be any for a couple years. What motherboard do you have?

*finger snap* I think you're right. It advertises the 19 pin USB 3.0 pin connector and I read else-ware it runs at 3.0 speeds.

go for a Naxonia or (my personal choice) BeQuiet Case. The have a wide variety of cases in different sizes with and without sidepanel-windows.

NZXT got also silent cases, but it seems to be not their main focus.

Oh wow, it does. Guess I was wrong about that. Still, It's a very new technology and not many cases have adapted it yet. I'm even surprised about cases with USB type C although most if not all use USB3 making it a basically an adapter.

No hopes and dreams are dead yet. in a few years, USB 3.1 front panels will be just as standard as UBS3 front panel today. Although there is a chance that won't happen but that chance is very low.
