Best RX470 Provider?

What? XFX make one of the best 480s (GTR Black Ed, healthy factory OC and good cooling) and some very cheap reference cards. Sapphire make Furys and very well cooled cheap 480s.

Sapphire and XFX are probably the best ones. The latter have been making best cards as of late.
