Need help responding to an email

I got an email for an iMac that I'm selling on Kijiji (http://www.kijiji.ca/v-desktop-computers/london/imac-mid-2010-21-5-i3-12gb-ram-500gb-hdd-model-a1311/1228826213) but I don't know how to respond to an email. Someone here helped me edit the listing so I could (potentially) get more, better offers (if I find the the thread I'll post it here). Anyways, someone messaged me this email:

 

I am interested in looking at your Mac. Not sure what you mean by "No Apple ID"? and "No clean install required"? can you explain. Does it have a dvd burner? Any scratches, cracks, dents or chips? Is there anything else with it like Office? Thx

 

I only know how to answer the questions about the scratches and other damage, and the DVD burner question, but I need help answering the others. If someone could help me out, it would really make my day!! Thanks!

The clean install part means you've reset it to factory settings so they don't need to reset it themselves. Not sure about the Apple ID part.

Clean install means the OS is reset to original/out of the box state

No Apple ID means no Apple ID should be attached to the Mac (I think)

For the question about office, probably no as it a 'fresh' install of Mac OS
