so i have one pc in my bedroom and Xbox phone and tablet and laptops around the house and i am cant stream to twitch because every body is on the internet. we have power line adaptor because our internet is out in the shed because my dads work place what is the best way to get better better internet my bedroom is at the top of the house what gear would i need to buy also i plan  on having a nas in the bedromm also i do not want to go over 300 budget

unless you wanna run a cat 6 cable from the shed to your house powerline is your best option

If the OP has Coax in both places he could use MOCA. But I doubt you have Coax ran to your shed. The OP could also look in to those Site to Site wireless links Ubiquity offers. Not sure on the cost, but wireless might be faster. The only issue is reliability, wireless is not that reliable in many cases. The two good options you have is to run Ethernet or stick with what you have.
