This should be easy for you. Do you want iOs or Android? Boom. Choice made.

The S7e has the same size screen but is considerably smaller and gets significantly better battery life. It's the better choice hardware wise.

Basically the question here is between Android and ios, I personally favour Android because iTunes and all are not very good

If this is all you care about than I have to put my vote for the iphone. Snapchat and Instagram just work better on an iphone for now. All the great apps for the other things you mentioned (google inbox, youtube, whatsapp, google chrome, etc) are cross platform so nbd. Also spotify works better on iphone as well.

That being said, I like customization of android much better. I find the voice assistant from google to be far superior, and I like my smartwatch. What I am trying to say is that the iphone does the basics better. But there is some minutia you might what to consider that comes down to personal preference.

The uk

So thats the Exynos version, which you should have Custom ROM support which gives it a bit more life.

Well do you like android or iOS? Both from each side has decent battery life.

Did you mean Exynos vs Snapdragon? Because that's not CDMA/GSM dependent.

The Exynos already tops the scores in battery life a custom ROM isn't really needed.

IPhone 7 plus FTW. Mine has been amazing.

The battery life in particular has been a surprise. Mine has been unplugged since 6 am(12 hours ago) and I've been using it periodically throughout the day and its at 71%. I don't know about the edge, but I work with someone doing 8.5 hour shifts who has an S7 with the snapdragon 820. After 8 hours mine will be at around 83-85% and his will be around  40% despite using them the same amount. That is a pretty massive difference(granted his phone is older).

The S7 edge is also notoriously fragile, with a glass back and a curved display you're screwed if u drop it regardless of where it lands, and its been known for the curved part of the screen to crack while in your pocket.

Plus IOS totally kills Samsung's touchwiz bloated Android OS, and the A10 chip and Apple GPU handily beats the snapdragon 820 and exynos chip. Some people prefer the S7 edges quad HD amoled display, but the IPhone 7 plus 1080p has far more accurate colors and I actually prefer it(and is probably part of the reason its battery life in practice routinely kills my friends S7).

The only real advantage the S7 edge has for me is its a little more compact(although the IPhone 7 is thinner). In terms of camera I think both are about equal.

Some people prefer a curved edge display for reasons I don't understand, so I guess if that's your thing then go with the S7 edge.

You also might want to wait for the S8 since it should be released in a month or two, but it probably wont be available right away.
