Ok

Im going to build a pc in a very tight budget where i just have 10k inr for the motherboard and processor so here's my question what do i buy

Option 1

I5 2400 (used )worth rs 7000

Motherboard worth 3000

Option 2 

Pentium g4560 (new )rs 6000

Motherboard worth 4000

Is it safe to go with the used ??

@Ashutosh Shahane Going used is not necessarily safe for all components. For CPUs, locked ones (like the i5-2400 you want to get) are usually safe to go used since they can't and never will be able to be overclocked. Motherboards, however, are more delicate especially components like the CPU socket. I suggest you get the used i5-2400 and a brand new LGA1155 motherboard. :)

As long as you test it or have some way of recouping your money if something is broken, then by all means go for used.

It's not a bad way to go at all. However, do test to make sure all the components are fully functional.

honestly i would go with the pentium. you can upgrade the cpu later to a newer cpu and you will get very similar performance.

Lga 1155 motherboard is a new one just the processor is old so what you say ??
