according to the leaks no dual core cpu, the single core ipc will be around Broadwell or skylake, but rumors should be taken with a grain of salt so wait and see.

that's what i am afraid of, i am buying for first party games and lan support. so far the switch have 75 official games and 100s of games coming in the future.

At this time, which isn't to say some developers may pull out, games get cancelled, etc.  Happens sadly all too often.  To me, it's another attempt by Nintendo to be so different that they might just gimmick themselves out of the competition.
