MDT deployment failure.

Okay so I have a task sequence and boot images set up and everything goes fine until it finishes installing the OS, then I am greeted with "Litetouch deployment failed, Return Code = -2147467259 0x80004005" googling returned nothing as apparently this can be a variety of things. Can anyone help? Attached is a picture with more information of the error.

Try it with Safe Boot disabled on the target machine. You should be able to enable safe boot after install.
