Power Wattage help

That's what i have right now,pc part picker says 375w of power, and im adding a ekwb p360 water loop. How much watt do i really need?

Water cooling and cooling in general uses very little power, about 10-20w max. your fine with a 400w psu.

That's if you're not overclocking^

If you are overclocking, I'd probably go with 450-500W to be safe.

So a 550w and 650 is fine?

650w is perfect for OC and pushing the system now and maybe even another GPU.

Your system will use maybe 400W with OC so the 650G2 you chose is good.
