Free Video Editing Software?

I just got disappointed at lightworks not allowing files to be exported to the HDD {Free version}

 

Does anybody know of truly free editing software that can export 1080p in a .MP4?? {other than movie maker}

IDK much about this, but someone recommended Davinci resolve to me, so it might be good.

THANK YOU! Works pretty good, just have to convert Shadow play to Constant FPS vid via Handbrake. Really indepth tools too with great export options.

Yeah for a "basic" video editing tool it's pretty well stocked with features. I'm still using 2 instead of 4 though because I'm too lazy to jump through hoops to get it.

The export times with HitFilm are nothing short of astronomically horrendous.

Seems to be comparable to Vegas for me exporting the same file with the same settings.
