Where Do I post about floatplane issues?

For some reason I'm unable to see or download anything to do with floatplane club, even though the payments have been taken from paypal from the active subscription for the last like few months.

 

I have the most recent paypal transaction ID to prove it, where do I go to get the floatplane added to my account again?

Message a moderator or admin. You don't have floatplane club membership on the forum, so something has gone wrong.

I actually don't know exactly who to message and if anyone is online, could you give some recommendations?

I would probably go through an admin for something like this that involves payments. Luke, Windspeed or Whaler are probably the best to message. They're all busy people though, so don't expect an instant response.
