leak question

Hi i am planning to get a but i have heard a lot about people's PC's leaking and i heard that big companys like Corsair, NZXT and others will pay for any damage that the liquid cooler causes, is this true?

there are leaks but 1 out of millions they sold, the company compensate for it.

So you can purposely terminate a line with a hairline leak, with components you want replaced anyway and get compensated for it?

There is always a degree of risk when using liquid cooling of some sort; a lemon will slip through the assembly line.

I dint recommend damaging the units intentionally. They have factories, they have customer complaints, they know the failure modes of their units. They can probably tell if you did something to your unit if it doesnt match or look like what other people complains about.
