Dual MSI 1050 ti GTX sli ?

I was thinking about how a lot of people SLI their gpu's and usually have the same gpu just either 2 ,3 or even 4 of them. I was wondering if you can possibly sli a few 1050 ti gtx (by MSI), even though they are a "lower standard" compared to the 1060's and up. I was just curious, thoughts below?

I don't believe that anything under and including the 1060 can sli, only 1070,1080 and Titan xp can

You can't SLI a 1050Ti, if you can afford 2 1050Ti's then you can probably afford a 1060 3GB/6GB.

Neither possible nor worth it. Always get the faster single card when the option is to go for 2 slower cards instead.

Depending on the 1050ti he had in mind throwing a few extra bucks he could even get a 1070.

sighs... this pc master race creates so many myths people keep falling for... you need sli for best performance, you have to overclock the cpu or it is game garbage... every day it is the same story, people wanting to crossfire 480s instead of going 1070 when they dont even have a freesync monitor solely because two card must be better as according many bad youtubers...

wanna a high end gaming pc, i5 is all you need but lets spend a ton of money to overclock it making this build more expensive than going with i7 while performing worse...

who needs high specs, rgb everything and you gotta yourself a gaming pc... etc... sorry the venting I just have been really upset at how youtubers have been doing so much damage to the initiators.
