Difference between 2 RAM sticks

Hi everyone,

I'm building a game pc and came across to RAM sticks: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16R and Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. What is the difference? In price is R version 15 euro cheaper but why?

Its just a color difference. Same sticks of RAM otherwise. People like the black more for them, just like what the previous poster said, supply and demand. More demand for the "normal" black version then the red version.

If they have a high supply of the red RAM sticks in their warehouse and there is a huge demand for them (aka they're popular) that will drive prices for the red RAM sticks down.

Also it's 2 sticks vs 1 stick. Makes sense that the red one is more popular since you want dual channel.
