HDD making "Heartbeat" sounds

Disketa

Just installed my pc into a new case (NZXT S340 Elite red version) from my old case, and once i turn it on, my HDD keeps making a heartbeat sounds every 2 seconds (basically every second makes two noises in a row). When i put it under load, it makes only one sound every two seconds. Any idea what is causing this?

Its not a click sound, it is a low beep

Have a program read the smart status on the drive to see how it's health is, could also just be vibration depending on how fast the drive is, and how it's mounted and what it's mounted to.

Its health is fine according to two programs, and it is mounted behind the ssd slot in nzxt s340 elite

Your HDD is fine. I've had that noise on a few HDD's in the past and they worked normally.  Worry when the clicking starts.
