cheap cases that are good for practicing modding

Hey I've never modded a case before but want to start. The only problem is i don't want to ruin my case if i make a mistake, so does anyone know if there a any cheap cases that a good for practicing modding on? 

Any help will be appreciated.

Use spare cases. Otherwise, don't waste money on cases you won't use. Start planning new builds and figure out what kind of mods would make sense and fit the theme.

Honestly my case is perfect for practice modding, I had to mod it to make the Kraken x60 fit. The NZXT Source 210 for $35

Okay thanks, i'll try to find one of my old ones but i think i gave them to friends. If i can't guess i'll just use my current case and hope i don;t mess up to badly.

I got a few scratches when I did it, but eventually you'll get a new case for a new build and get to start all over again and this time with experience.

I second this. The source 210 is a cheap but well built case, and the side panels are just flat pieces of metal--perfect for cutting a window in. (Thats what I did to mine)
