transfering files over usb 3.0

I have a z170hd3p mobo from gigabyte.

and a sandisk cruzer ultra 64 gb (with usb 3.0)

and the culprit i think: Windows 10

 

(i don't get any problems on others PC's)

i tried formatting no NTFS en exFat (there is no other option on Windows 10)

 

when transfering any file from any size over the usb 2.0 to the usb or from it, i have a rock solid 20mb/s to my usb and 40 from the usb transfer speed without any problems.

 

same scenario, but for any 3.0 port of my mobo, i get the following errors:

-0x80070037

-0x80070057

-the file explorer of the usb closes and starts up again (implying that mid-transfer it disconnects or something????)

-there is not enough space either on my 1 TB HDD or my 64 gb usb (which has well over 500gb free on the hdd, and i just formatted my usb)

 

 

If anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix it, please share.

Perhaps you don't have the proper USB 3 drivers for your motherboard installed?

I wish that was true, but they are all there and up to date
