U14S for 70€, bit better than 212, not so big as D14.

Please stop making so many posts. The question was answered. Noctua NH-D14 or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO if you are on a tight budget.

What is your budget? I would recommend a Noctua NH-D14 or a Thermalright Silverarrow. If you are on a tight budget the Hyper 212 EVO is a great value

I know most air cooler don't come over 100 euros (thats right euros that about 130 dollars I think)

so not a thight budget
