Hey :)
I'm new here, cool forum :P

I have Gigabyte R9 280X
 RO8vE1g.jpg ),
I used the HDMI cable, and connected that cable to my main monitor.
I have a free DVI-I cable to plug in.

I have another monitoro7ZtwTD.jpg )

So basically, I want to order from ebay a cable that connects that DVI-I from the second monitor to my GPU DVI-I.
Do I order Female to Female or Male to Male?

IF someone can link here a ebay link to buy a cable that will allow me to use this monitor along side the gpu it will be great!

DVI i will work fine with dvi d cables, the obnly difference is that it doesn't have the analog connections, which aren't use anysways in your use case.

You need male to male. A DVI-I or DVI-D cable will both work just fine. (DVI-I just has analog signals in it too, so it can be adapted to VGA)
